Payment

All prices listed are in US Dollars. We accept only USD for payment. To determine how much money you’ll be spending in your currency, you can call your credit card company to ask them about their current exchange rates. You can also approximate these costs by searching any real time exchange rate calculator online.

Sales tax is applicable on all orders to California (7.25%).

Charges on your credit card or Paypal will show as Lightning One, Inc.

Billing

If you see multiple charges on your credit/debit card from us, 99.9% of the time this is caused by your credit card being declined. Using the wrong billing address, selecting the wrong card company or entering one of the digits wrong can cause this. When your charge is the declined our credit card processor attempts to take the funds, but ultimately they are not received by us. The funds end up “stuck” with the processor and will be sent back to you. It may 2-4 business days to for the funds to be put back on your card. If your funds have not gone back to your card after 4 business days please contact us.

Billing/Shipping Addresses

Your Billing Address MUST be the exact address that your credit card statement gets mailed to each month. If you need it shipped to another address, simply enter that in the “Shipping Address” section.

To ensure the safety of our customers we may contact you if the billing and shipping address are different. In some cases you may be asked to email us a photo of your driver’s license so we can verify that it is you that placed the order. This is a security measure we take to make sure nobody is using your credit card without authorization.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order you must email us at Order Cancel. In your email you must include the full name used to place the order & the order number. If an order has already shipped, you will be responsible for paying to ship the order back to us. Refunds on shipping will not be granted in this case.

Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is in new/unworn/not used condition. Items that are returned in any condition other than new will not be accepted/subject to a restocking fee up to 50%.

For one of a kind, ring used, custom merchandise, signed and/or auction style items all sales will be final. Please make sure you read over any descriptions clearly before ordering.

For DVDs/Blu-Rays, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. If a DVD/Blu-Ray arrives damaged and will not play we will replace the disc at no extra charge. Occasionally discs in multi disc sets may become dislodged during shipping. Please play these discs before declaring them as damaged. For any cases that are damaged, refunds/exchanges will be handled on an individual basis.

To return an item, please email us at Return Request with the order number and reason for the return. An employee will direct you on where to send the return. You must wait for a response before mailing anything back.

When your refund has been received and processed you will receive an email stating as such.

Once a return has been processed for a refund, it normally takes 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekend days) for the credit to post to your credit card. If you have not received the refund after this time period it is recommended you contact your credit card company as some companies have different policies on how long credits take to post.

If you return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs back to NWA unless we have made a mistake or a product is defective. In order for a product to be considered defective, it must be inspected. Willful and/or deliberate damage to a product can be determined quite easily. If a product is found to have deliberate damage, no refund will be issued.

For an order past 30 days, any refund or return request is subject to NWA approval.

Shipping

For DVD, Blu Ray and/or Poster orders you may choose USPS Media Mail if you live in the United States as a shipping option. If you choose another item and/or live outside the United States and choose USPS Media Mail your order will be cancelled and refunded. An email will be sent to you letting you know which shipping service to choose.

Orders ship via USPS. Orders are processed within 14 business days, Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Sales tax is applicable on all orders to California (7.25%).

If there are any issues with your address (wrong apartment number, missing information etc) it can lead to delays in shipping.

If an order is returned to us for: wrong address, unable to forward, no such address, return to sender, etc you will required to repay for shipping if you would like your order. If you would not like your order at that time, you will be refunded less shipping costs. Please check your shipping address carefully.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must contact USPS with these issues. Damaged/broken items must be reported immediately.

For international orders please see below:

You are responsible for verifying that the product you order can be sent to your country. For international orders (anything outside the United States) you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs must be paid by the buyer. Any additional information concerning customs fees and duties you should refer to your local customs office about. Delays in shipping internationally are usually due to custom issues.

Depending on the weight of your final shipment, your order will either be sent USPS 1st Class International or USPS International Priority. Shipping times on most international orders are estimates only. Delays with customs and/or address issues can lead to longer shipping times.
